- Implementing initiatives in close connection with the region, which is seen in terms of a strength and as an ideal context for promoting Umbria.

- Devising and carrying out innovative projects from start to finish.

- Promoting all-in-one experiences with other product sections in the Umbria region.

- Carrying out market research and studies, either directly or indirectly.

- Organising and providing training and retraining for professionals in order to equip them to pursue the goals of innovating and enhancing agro industrial products.

The Centro Agro Alimentare dell' Umbria's entire activity has three strategic axes of development: incoming, inside and outgoing, i.e. through its dynamisation of local players, its support for commercial promotional initiatives in Umbria, Italy and abroad and its creation of attractions for food-and-wine tourism flows in Umbria.
